Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CleanzATX website and the services provided by DURMGENERAL LLC, doing business as CleanzAtx ("CleanzAtx," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or opting in to text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About CleanzAtx

CleanzAtx is an assumed name (DBA) of DURMGENERAL LLC, a Texas limited liability company. We provide residential and commercial window cleaning and exterior cleaning services in West Austin, Texas. Contact: (512) 518-0512 · cleanzatx@gmail.com.

2. Quotes and Scheduling

Quotes generated through our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site evaluation (for example, if the property size, window count, or condition differs from what was submitted). We will confirm any change before performing the work.

3. Service Delivery

We aim to arrive on time, communicate clearly, and leave your property clean. Weather, access issues (locked gates, pets, construction), or incorrect address information may require rescheduling. We provide a 7-day rain guarantee on exterior window cleaning: if rain spots your windows within seven days of service, call us and we'll make it right.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless we have agreed in writing to other terms. Recurring maintenance plans are billed on the schedule you selected at sign-up. Promotional codes are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel a one-time appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a trip fee. Recurring plans can be paused or cancelled by contacting us at (512) 518-0512 or cleanzatx@gmail.com.

6. Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to the following terms:

• Program operator. The CleanzAtx text messaging program is operated by DURMGENERAL LLC dba CleanzAtx.
• What we text. Messages include quotes, scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, and job updates. We may also send occasional promotional messages if you have given explicit consent to receive them.
• How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a CleanzAtx quote or contact form, by replying to a CleanzAtx text with an opt-in keyword, or by telling us verbally or in writing that you want text updates about your service.
• How to opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from the program. Once we receive STOP, we will stop sending messages from that program.
• How to get help. Reply HELP to any message to receive support, or contact us at (512) 518-0512.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service and account activity.
• Rates. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile information privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information. Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Liability

We carry $1,000,000 in general liability insurance and work carefully to protect your property. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our service, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve it fairly. Our total liability for any single service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, except where prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The CleanzAtx name, logo, and website content are owned by DURMGENERAL LLC. You may not use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
