About 300 units fill the lettered buildings here, in a gated waterfront community with two pools, a clubhouse, a fitness room, tennis courts and a private dock. A typical unit is about 1,200 sq ft, and prices run from $300K to $700K. The Villas on Travis Condo Association manages the grounds and shared spaces.
Condo living means shared walls and shared grounds, with a number of owners who may want service at the same time. It also means access and timing can vary from one unit to the next.
What Villas on Travis windows deal with
Waterfront buildings catch lake mist, and hard water from the lake leaves white spots on glass and balcony doors. Pool areas and landscaped beds add sprinkler overspray. Where a unit sits empty between visits, dust and pollen build up and nobody sees it until the owner returns.
Balcony sliders, screens and tracks collect cedar pollen from December to February and live oak pollen in March and April. Screens are $5 each, tracks are $5, and hard water spot removal is $10 per pane. Upper floors are hard to reach by hand, which is where water fed poles help.

Gate access comes first, so give us the code or the name of a contact on the day. We stay on the owner side of each unit and keep water away from neighboring balconies. Can the association arrange service for many units?
Yes, we are open to talking with the association about a schedule for several units or buildings. Contact Tyler by text and describe what you have in mind, and he will respond with options.
Is there a minimum for one condo?
Our minimum job is $200. A 1,200 sq ft unit alone is about $120 for the outside of the windows, so the minimum applies unless neighbors book together or you add services.
How do you reach upper floor windows?
Water fed poles let us work three stories up while we stay on the ground. We do not put ladders on shared walls or balconies. Inside glass is cleaned by hand.
What if I am not in town when you come?
For exterior glass, you do not need to be home. We need gate access. Text your preferred timing and we will plan around it.
Do you clean pool decks and patios?
Yes, by hand, so water does not run onto neighbors. Pricing for flatwork is $0.18 per sq ft on concrete with a $250 minimum.
