What Bella Mar homes are like

Bella Mar is built on the rolling ground of Steiner Ranch, and many lots back to a canyon or a greenbelt. Homes run from about 2,500 to 6,500 sq ft, with prices around $800K to $1.5M. That range means a mix of well kept family houses and some big custom looking homes with tall entries and wide rear windows. The section has its own amenity center and pools, and the streets curve through low hills, so you see a lot of rear elevations that look out over open space instead of another house. Many Bella Mar owners also add a house soft wash or a patio and pool deck clean, since patios are cleaned by hand so the deck does not get soaked.
