Where the East section sits along Stephanie Ln, the West section runs along Kaden Way. It is a small gated pocket of Flintrock, and the setting feels like the rest of The Hills, with rolling ground, mature oaks and cedars, and views over open land and golf. The Flintrock HOA covers the section, and entry is through the gates. Because the landscape blends into The Hills, the tree cover is thicker than in some newer parts of Flintrock.
