Highland Terrace came in the 2018 to 2019 phase and sits near Highland Village, the amenity hub for Rough Hollow. Homes are production built, with more consistent floor plans than the custom hilltop sections. Prices run around $700K to $1.2M. It is not gated.

A short walk to the amenity center means active households and plenty of foot traffic, so front glass gets handprints and fingerprints. Rear glass collects dust and pollen from the ridge. Builders also leave residue on newer glass.

Yes. Exterior is $10 a window and interior can be added later, though doing both at once at $15 a window is simpler and a little more efficient.
