What Montevista condos are like

Montevista is a condominium community of roughly 100 units, tucked against greenbelt on the Shepherd Mountain hillside. Lake Austin is under a mile away, and trees and open green space surround the buildings. Prices run about $160K to $365K, which makes this one of the more approachable corners of the 78730 area.
