What Sierra Vista homes are like

Space is the difference here. Most of Steiner Ranch is built close together, but Sierra Vista has homesites of an acre or more, so houses sit back from the street with real distance to the next neighbor. Prices run from about $1.2M to $2.5M. The section is small, not gated, and covered by the Steiner Ranch Master Association. Irrigation systems on larger lots often cover a lot of ground, and the spray that reaches the house leaves white hard water spots on the lower windows. Those can etch if ignored, so we treat them at $10 per pane when ordinary cleaning will not lift them.
