What Belvedere homes are like

Belvedere is made for people who want room. There are around 500 lots, most between one and three acres, with custom homes of 3,000 to 6,500 square feet priced from about $1.5M to $3M. A 75 to 80 acre nature preserve sits inside the community, and the amenities include a lazy river pool and fishing ponds. The community is gated and has its own Belvedere HOA.
