Toll Brothers built this community in the early 2000s, and 55 homes share a gated hilltop. Lots run from one to seven acres, homes are 3,500 to 6,000 sq ft, and prices range from $1.2M to $2.5M. The Lakewind Estates HOA manages the community.
After more than two decades the homes have settled in. Landscaping has grown up, trees have filled in around patios, and the original stucco and stone have weathered. Many owners now repaint, redo outdoor spaces or refresh the exteriors, and clean windows are often the first thing they notice afterward.
What Lakewind Estates windows deal with
A hilltop is exposed. Wind carries dust and pollen up the slope, and the view windows that make the homes special are also the largest panes in the house. Glass facing the lake takes direct afternoon sun, and streaks that are invisible in the morning show up strongly after lunch. Pure water, with water near 0 TDS, dries without spots or a soap film.
With acreage comes sprinkler coverage, so lower windows often show mineral spotting from irrigation. Trees on the property bring webs and leaf litter to screens and tracks, and older stucco holds green growth on shaded walls. We remove hard water at $10 per pane.

Yes. Send us the code or the contact name with your request. Long drives are fine, and we work from the truck or move equipment up to the house as needed.
Why do my big view windows show streaks in the afternoon?
Afternoon sun hits lake facing glass directly, and any residue from soap or tap water catches that light. Pure water leaves almost nothing behind, so the glass dries clear and stays clearer between visits.
Can you reach the upper windows on a three story front?
Yes. From the ground, our water fed poles go as high as three stories. Some window designs, such as stair towers, may need a closer look, and we will say so in the quote.
What is the price for a home in the 3,500 to 6,000 sq ft range?
At about $0.10 per sq ft, exterior windows run roughly $350 to $600. You can also go by $10 per window. Doing inside and outside together is $15 per window. Quotes by text take about an hour in business hours.
Can you also wash stucco and stone?
Yes, with a soft wash system at low pressure. Soft washing a house begins at $0.20 per sq ft, with a $400 minimum. We never pressure wash limestone, and we adjust the method for stucco, stone or painted siding.
