Parkside is one of the more approachable parts of Steiner Ranch, with homes generally priced around $500K to $650K. The section sits close to parks, so you see kids on bikes, dogs on leashes, and neighbors talking in driveways. It is not gated and falls under the Steiner Ranch Master Association. Homes at this price tend to be mid sized, with a few large windows in the front, a sliding door at the back, and plenty of smaller windows in bedrooms.
It is a family section, and the maintenance that goes with that is usually done on weekends, if at all.

Parks mean trees, grass and sprinklers, and all three leave a mark on glass. Pollen drifts in from cedar and live oak in winter and spring.
