What The Summit is like

The Summit is the high point of Rough Hollow, and the homes here start at about $1M. It is a small section, it is not gated, and it falls under the Rough Hollow HOA. Because of the height, it has the widest views in the community.

Expect large windows facing outward and, in some cases, glass on every side of the house. Rooflines are higher and more exposed than in lower sections, which means more wind and more sun on the glass. Few trees reach this high, so there is little shade to soften the sun.
